The staff seems disgruntled not friendly at all. But NOW 2023 they must have new and worse management. And they were treated well and slots were great.
I spoke with front desk about not being satisfied very kindly and she literally ignored me I didn’t want anything in return or a comp but simply let them know ughh.we used to come with my parents because they loved it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!!!! First let me say I do not complain easily.
